A2500 type is a high temperature release film ideally suited for advanced manufacturing applications. Featuring a maximum use temperature of 204°C, A2500 exhibits excellent release characteristics from commonly used resin systems used in advanced manufacturing. Colored red for ease of identification, A2500 offers a low cost alternative to other high temperature films qualified for advanced manufacturing. It provides benefits such as allowing for processing of flat or simple curvature components at higher temperatures than conventional release films.
