Ceska®-Star F100 is a deep-frozen pelleted concentrated culture containing Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis / cremoris and Leuconostoc spec. It is an L-type culture and is intended for direct inoculation in a kettle in the production of fermented milk products and cheese unripened. Ceska®Star is DSM's family of mesophilic and thermophilic cultures for cheese and other dairy applications.
