Ever since her start at IMCD Anni has worked as a dedicated application technologist in the Nordic Food & Nutrition lab in Malmö. During the years she has grown in her role and gained increased responsibility.

“I support the whole Nordic Food & Nutrition team with their technical projects involving customers, suppliers and internal training. The technical support includes both theoretical knowledge and hands-on lab work with ingredient selection, product development, recipe formulation and application expertise.

My typical work week consists of meetings with colleagues from different teams as well as customers to kick off and follow up on projects and their time plans. I also do a lot of practical lab work.

I enjoy knowing that I can play an important role of a wide range of market food products that can be found in all of our everyday life and on store shelves. IMCD is a versatile and challenging workplace where you can feel completely trusted with your responsibilities.”
