Jenny Lindman
Jenny is one of the many employees who have had the chance to develop and progress in their role within IMCD. She started as an accounts payable administrator and after a while she got the opportunity to move on to the Sales Support team.

“As an order support in the sales support team, I assist our customers with their orders, supplies requirements and general logistics related to their needs. Significant for this role is to give our customers the best service possible by keeping them well informed about their order progress and making sure that they receive their orders in a timely and accurate manner. Working closely and collaboratively with colleagues from other teams within IMCD, is also a big part of the role. I can safely say that I would not be able to succeed in my job without having an effective and good communication with our sales managers, product managers, purchasers etc.

What I really enjoy about my job is the variety of tasks I get to perform and the interactions I get to have with our customers. My dedicated colleagues also motivate me to do my best every day. They are kind-hearted and caring, and I constantly learn new things and get inspired by them.

At IMCD you really get possibilities to grow as an employee and you are encouraged to grow, evolve, and take on new challenges. I would also like to mention the culture of caring within the company - from the very start, I have always felt valued and appreciated by my colleagues as well as by my managers.
