SCONA

Description

SCONA is BYK´s multifaceted family of thermoplastics modifiers. The SCONA group includes dispersing aids, compatibilizers, adhesion promoters, and coupling agents designed to improve the mechanical properties of mainly thermoplastics and advanced composites. SCONA additives are based on different polymers to match the system to which they are added and obtain a specific grafting to achieve the required product profile. Applications for SCONA additives range from products for the automotive industry to electrical and electronic products, from film and packaging materials to products for the construction industry.
