Description

Collupulin® L is a kosher and halal certified enzyme preparation for food use containing endopeptidase (protease) derived from Carica papaya. Standardised activity: 81 to 90 TU/mg. Recommended in a wide variety of applications e.g.: beer: Prevents hazing of beer kept in cool storage. Appearance: Light brown to brown liquid (product color may vary from batch to batch). The Carica Papaya used in the process and all formulating agents (such as carriers or diluents) are of non-GM origin. It is also suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
