Dairyland-Direct MAX-GRO 974 LH is a concentrated lactic acid bacteria culture blend for direct inoculation into milk. Specially-selected strains of mesophilic bacteria for mesophilic cheese applications such as cheddar varieties, blue and feta, as well as reduced fat sour cream. Contains: Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis and Lactococcus lactis subsp. cremoris.
