Delvo®Plant MALtose is a kosher and halal certified enzyme preparation for food use containing a-amylase (a-amylase) derived from a selected strain of Aspergillus oryzae, which acts on dextrins (saccharification to maltose) and unlocks natural sweetness in cereal drinks like oat milk, rice milk etc. Standardised acitivity: > 3375 MALU/g. Recommended in a wide variety of applications e.g.: food and beverage. Also suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
