Description

Fromase® 750 XLG is an microbial coagulant preparation purified by chromatography to take out unwanted side activities for whey processing. Fromase® XLG is a highly purified liquid microbial coagulant (endopeptidase) preparation derived from a selected strain of Rhizomucor miehei. The product is of XL thermolability standard according to the DSM method of analysis. Features: It's the most specific and pure Mucor Miehei; only aspartic protease and non- specific protease side activities; no carbohydrate-degrading enzymes present; no side activities in whey; no GMO ingredients or allergens in raw materials; benzoate-free and glycerol-free; and less proteolytic activity, resulting in a longer shelf life.
