Recommended applications: non-dairy desserts, fruit preparatioins, glazings and fillings, confectionery, bars, and processed meat. Gelcarin® DE 03 consists of trisodium citrate (E331), sugar, sodium alginate (E401), dicalcium phophate (E341ii).
