Lactopure® Refined Crystals is a refined free-flowing unmilled crystalline lactose power (high purity and quality). Lactose is a preferred source of carbohydrates in infant nutrition (suitable for dry and wet blending). Content: lactose monohydrate 99.6%, protein 0.1%, minerals 0.1%, free moisture 0.1%. Sensorial information: white crystalline powder, odourless, slightly sweet.
