Description

Panamore® Spring is a kosher and halal certified enzyme preparation for food use containing lipase derived from Aspergillus sp. Lipase A from A. Sp. Standardised activity: 2000 DLU-S/g +/- 5 %. It is a lipas for SSL and CSL replacement. It improves dough tolerance, baking performance, crumb structure and crumb softness in bread and other baking applications. Typical dosage: 10 - 50 ppm.
