PureMalt ZAB/65 is a A hot water extract of barley (Hordeum vulgare) malt, conditioned within our brewery prior to concentration by vacuum evaporation. Bakery: Ideal for providing natural sweetness and clean kilned malt flavour in ice cream and other desserts. Smooth in texture and pale gold in colour this product facilities easy blending. Brewing: ZAB/65 ‘Zero Alcohol Base’ provides clean malt flavour with foam, body and mouthfeel for NAB/LAB applications. Requires filtration to produce a clear beverage base.
