LyCel® 1445 MG is a specific primary yeast extract obtained by the autolysis of a selected strain of yeast, especially grown on a molasses-based media. LyCel® 1445 MG is a high quality source of readily available soluble amino acids, peptides, vitamins and essential elements. It is particularly rich in proteins and perfectly designed for high process production by fermentation of specific biomass such as bacteria, yeast and fungi.
