G. Philippe Papadimitriou is a biochemist with more than 20 years of experience spanning cosmetic science, skin biology, formulation and product development, efficacy evaluation, claims and regulatory affairs. After early work in pharmacology and neuroscience, he spent nearly two decades in the cosmetics industry before founding Cosystems in 2019.
Working across cosmetics, health and related fields with established companies, start-ups and other innovation stakeholders, his fit-to-purpose approach often starts where the path is not yet obvious: framing the right question, connecting evidence across disciplines and identifying a defensible route towards better R&D and innovation decisions.
A regular international speaker and scientific reviewer, Philippe has a particular interest in translational science and emerging biology: understanding what the science really demonstrates, what remains uncertain, and what is needed to turn promising insights into credible products and meaningful value.
