EDENOL 1234 is a polymeric plasticizer based on adipic acid. EDENOL 1234 is a polymeric plasticizer based on adipic acid. Due to its high molecular weight it has excellent migration resistance against fats, oils, greases and hydrocarbons. EDENOL 1234 has a high viscosity. It consequently shows excellent properties when used in plastisol processing, for example dipping and casting applications, while still maintaining superior migration and extraction resistance compared with monomeric plasticizers.
