DISPERPLAST-1142

DISPERPLAST-1142 is a solvent-free, wetting and dispersing additive that reduces viscosity and improves the dispersion of filled and pigmented systems. As a polar, acidic ester of long-chain alcohols, DISPERPLAST-1142 enables greater solids content and shortens dispersion time for inorganic pigments and fillers. It is particularly suitable for applications in advanced composite materials where it can improve color strength of pigments and reduce viscosity for a higher loading of inorganic fillers. DISPERPLAST-1142 allows formulators to develop advanced materials with optimized properties by enabling uniform dispersion of solids and deeper shades with minimal additive usage. Recommended for use in plastisols, adhesives, sealants and ambient curing resin systems.
