OLIVE, SQUALANE is a liquid product with a colourless appearance and odourless smell. It has a specific gravity of 0.810 - 0.825 and refractive index of 1.452 - 1.458 at 20°C. OLIVE, SQUALANE has an acid value of less than 0.2, iodine value of less than 4.0 and saponification value of less than 2.0. Being highly stable, it has a shelf life of 24 months. OLIVE, SQUALANE is known to have moisturizing and emollient properties making it suitable for use in formulations where these benefits are desired.
