LOXIOL G 11

LOXIOL G 11 is a lubricant additive suitable for transparent applications in advanced materials. For rigid PVC processing, LOXIOL® G 11 is particularly suitable for the extrusion of transparent sheets; for plasticized PVC processing, it is suitable for extrusion and injection molding. It provides very good compatibility and improves flowability for processing. As an internal lubricant, LOXIOL G 11 offers synergistic support of stabilizers without influencing color stability or crazing. The pale yellowish liquid has an acid value of 0-1 mg KOH/g and viscosity of 500-600 mPas at 30°C. It is recommended at 0.5-1.5 phr for rigid materials and suitable for extrusion and injection molding. LOXIOL G 11 meets indirect food contact compliance and is pre-registered under REACH.
